To celebrate the 115th International Women's Day, the company held a special event themed “Weaving Dreams with Skillful Hands · A Charming Women's Day” on March 7, offering a warm and unique holiday blessing to all female employees.

At the event site, the trade union, together with the Party branch and the Communist Youth League, carefully prepared flowers, drinks, and a wide variety of colorful and uniquely shaped strings, beads, and other rich crafting materials. Under the patient guidance of Zhou Yue from the Technology Department, the female employees started by learning basic knotting techniques, gradually unleashing their creativity to weave beautiful hand-woven bracelets from colorful cords. Some were fully immersed in their creations, thoughtfully matching colors; others actively exchanged ideas and experiences, creating a lively and harmonious atmosphere.

As time went on, more and more handcrafted bracelets took shape, and joy and a sense of accomplishment lit up everyone's faces. These creations not only demonstrated the ingenuity and skill of the female employees but also reflected their love for life and pursuit of beauty. Many of them expressed that the activity not only allowed them to experience the joy of handicrafts but also gave them a chance to relax from busy work and feel the company’s care and warmth. During the event, Zhou Yue also showcased exquisite bracelets, bangles, keychains, and cute pendants. The employees were deeply impressed by her craftsmanship and couldn’t take their eyes off her works.

Although some front-line female employees could not attend the “Weaving Dreams with Skillful Hands · A Charming Women's Day” activity due to work duties, the company still thoughtfully prepared warm cups of coffee for those who remained at their posts. This sweet gesture truly embodied Hongde’s care for its female staff.
